To make a payment to your loan, enter your account number and the last four digits of your social security number. Your loan account number is 9 or 10 digits in length and can be found on your loan documents, welcome package, by calling 800-359-7650, or in Online Banking by selecting the loan account and then clicking on Account Information. Your payment will be processed the next business day. Payments made on a loan through this portal are subject to secondary review and posting. If there are any issues with processing your payment, a representative will reach out to you to discuss the status of your account.
