A $5 fee applies when making a payment through this system. To avoid this fee, Columbia Bank offers several payment options at no cost to you:

Online Banking: Transfer funds from a Columbia Bank account
In Person: Visit your local branch
Auto Pay: Request a pre authorization form from a branch or call Customer Service
By Mail: Mail your payment to the address listed on your bill
